Anti-Slip Solutions

It is well documented by the HSE that slips, trips and falls account for over 11,000 accidents at work - the single most cause of serious injury in the workplace with 95% of them resulting in broken bones.

Simple, cost-effective measures can significantly reduce these incidents and in today’s legislative society, current Health& Safety at Work regulations and public liability responsibilities, prevention in this case is not only much better than cure for the welfare of your staff, it is certainly a much cheaper option.

Jessup are market leaders in anti-slip solutions and are reknown for their quality, performance and longevity. All the Jessup range is coated with a very aggressive pressure sensitive adhesive for bonding to most flooring surfaces.

Safety Track® 3200 – A course grade premium anti-slip utilising a large grit silicone carbide aggregate, the second hardest known material behind diamond that retains it’s co-efficient of friction (it’s anti-slip properties) much longer than traditional anti-slip materials.

Safety Track® 3330 Series  – A general-purpose grade anti-slip in a range of colours and also black/yellow hazard warning chevron.

Glo Brite®Safety Track® 3400 Series – Jessup Glo Brite® Safety Track® are the only products to conform to PSPA Classification and carry an OSHA anti-slip approval. Constructed from a photoluminescent film with a hard wearing grit aggregate bonded onto the surface.

Safety Track® Resilient 3500 Series – A more aesthetically pleasing calendered PVC sheet with pressure sensitive adhesive. Available in both grey and black, it is has a less industrial appearance and is used in cleaner or lower traffic areas. Used extensively in the leisure and marine and hotel markets.

Flex Track>® 4100 Series – Available in white and clear, this fine calendered film is excellent for wet, barefoot areas like in showers and around swimming pools.

Safety Track® Primer – A high strength adhesive formulation available in 1 litre tins and designed for use with the grit anti-slip product range only for outdoor use and for bonding to difficult or porous surfaces. It is not designed to be used with the 3500 or 4100 series as it will attack the film. Normal coverage using a brush or spreader and applying a thin layer is approximately 5 sqm per litre tin.

Safety Track® Edge Sealer – A water clear hybrid polymer that invisibly bonds and seals down the edges of all the anti-slip range to secure against moisture ingress. Available in 290ml cartridges for use in a skeleton gun. Normal coverage for a 4mm bead will be approximately 20m.
