NovaWeld – The latest generation of Methacrylate two part structural adhesives that mix precisely to develop incredibly high ultimate bond strength.  This new technology has made improvements over the traditional pink & green type product in terms of shear, peel and tensile strengths, outdoor performance and impact resistance. Available in a range of viscosities and open times, these products will bond a huge variety of substrates and are able to withstand the harshest of environmental factors. NovaWeld can also bond metals prior to powder coating. If an invisible bond line is a consideration, these products can be colour matched to suit your requirements.

NovaWeld SignFix 6 – A low viscosity formula to bond close fitting substrates where the excellent flow characteristics can increase the bonding surface area thus increasing bond strength. Used extensively in the sign industry to bond a range of metals, plastics and composite materials, this product can also be used to bond metals prior to the powder coat process. Working time is between 6 – 8 minutes.

NovaWeld SignFix 7 – A higher viscosity, thixotropic version of SignFix 6 exhibiting all of the cured characteristics of the above. Ideally suited to bonding Big Head fasteners in the sign industry and bonds where gap-filling is required.  Working time is between 6 – 8 minutes.

NovaWeld SignFix 20 – A longer open time product for work on larger areas resulting in a lower exotherm and a more flexible ultimate bond.

NovaSeal – An innovative single part combined adhesive and sealant which comes in a 290ml cartridge for use in a skeleton gun. Unlike silicone, this hybrid product demonstrates a very high bond strength that remains flexible and is paintable within minutes. It also provides excellent sealant characteristics.

NovaSeal SignFix 2 – a water clear version, used extensively in the sign industry for various applications where the product aesthetics and flexible, strong bonds and sealing properties are a benefit. Especially good for virtually invisible bonding and sealing built up letters where they are back lit without the ‘shadowing’ effect caused with many other adhesives.

NovaTac – Single part cyanoacrylate adhesives, more commonly referred to as Superglue. Available in a range of viscosities, these instant adhesives are an ideal solution for many adhesive applications.

NovaTac 100LB – A 100cps product exhibiting low odour and low bloom characteristics making this an ideal choice where product aesthetics are a consideration.

NovaTac 1500PR – A 1500cps high viscosity product ideal for mitre bonding of rubber and plastics.  This product can also be used in conjunction with a spray activator to speed the cure.

NovaLite SignFix 10  - A low viscosity, water clear, single component adhesive that cures in seconds by means of natural white light transmission through one or more of the substrates to be bonded.  This product allows large areas to be flooded and cured instantly producing an invisible bond free of air bubbles making it ideally suited for bonding acrylics and glass.

NovaFix HP

HP stands for High Performance and this double sided polyester filmic tape utilises a high coatweight of a very aggressive solvent acrylic adhesive that will permanently bond virtually anything to anything and will withstand the harshest environmental conditions in service. Being a thin (0.23mm), high clarity film, NovaFix HP is excellent for aesthetically demanding applications, showing no visible bond line and the resulting bond exhibits exceptionally high tensile, peel and shear resistance. Basically, if you need strength and high, long-term performance and resistance to heat, UV, plasticizers, moisture and solvents then choose NovaFix HP.

NovaFix MP

NovaFix MP is a thinner, multi-purpose version of HP and utilises a lighter coatweight of the same high performance adhesive on a tissue carrier. The flexible nature of the non-woven tissue lends it’s use to more conformable applications such as foam lamination and splicing of paper, board and heavy textiles. Where you need a good performance but economy is a factor, NovaFix MP provides the answer.

NovaFix GP

GP stands for General Purpose and this double sided, clear polypropylene coated with a very high tack rubber adhesive will permanently bond almost any substrate and will provide many years of service for indoor applications. NovaFix GP is not suitable for heavily plasticized plastics or in service temperature above 50° and should not be used outdoors where the adhesive could be attacked by UV light, moisture and extremes of temperature.

NovaBond SignFix ‘Plastic’ – utilising a softer adhesive formulation for bonding lower surface energy plastics, SignFix ‘Plastic’ provides immediate grab and handling strength even on modern composite signmaking materials and polycarbonates without the need to abrade the surface. SignFix ‘Plastic’ is flexible enough to allow bonding of dissimilar plastics (even plastic to metal) to allow for different rates of expansion and contraction.

 – SignFix ‘Plastic’ is white in colour and on a blue filmic liner. Available in two thicknesses, 0.64mm and 1.1mm, in 33m rolls and standard widths of 12mm, 19mm and 25mm although any width can be cut to order.

NovaBond SignFix ‘Metal’ – is a firmer adhesive in order to increase the shear strength when bonding heavier metal signs. It is ideal for bonding stiffeners onto aluminium, stainless steel and painted metal signage and the firmness of the product supports the rigidity of the materials in the bond to provide a very secure ‘riveted’ or ‘welded’ feel to the sign. SignFix ‘Metal’ is white in colour, on a blue paper liner and is standard in the same thicknesses and dimensions as SignFix ‘Plastic’.

NovaBond SignFix ‘Crystal’ & ‘Crystal HT’– is a water clear adhesive that is virtually invisible when bonding up high clarity materials like acrylic, polycarbonate or glass. SignFix ‘Crystal’ is very soft and conformable which allows for versatility whether bonding irregular surfaces and both rigid or flexible materials. It is water clear, on a blue filmic liner and available in 0.5mm and 1.0mm thicknesses, in 33m rolls and standard widths as above. SignFix ‘Crystal HT’ is a firmer adhesive which is excellent for bonding metals and has the added benefit of withstanding stoving temperatures for repeated oven cycles so that bonding can be done prior to powder coating. SignFix ‘Crystal HT’ is available in 0.25mm thickness in 50m rolls or in 0.5mm and 1.0mm thickness in 33m rolls. The products are distinguished by the blue paper liner.
